3.       Laying of prime coat shall be done by method of spraying thoroughly on the approved Roadbase surface.
4.       Contractor shall maintained the bituminous prime coat temperature during spraying activities at a range of 50 deg. Celsius – 70 deg. Celsius for cut back bitumen,  25 deg. Celsius to 45 deg. Celsius for bitumen emulsion and 150 deg. Celsius to 165 deg. Celsius for 80-100 penetration grade bitumen.

3.       All surface that intended to received Asphaltic concrete must first being check for any damage or deterioration. If such defect was found out, it shall be rectified before laying of the Asphaltic Concrete.
4.       Delivered asphaltic mix shall be check for its temperature. The temperature Shall within the range of 140 deg. Celsius to 160 deg. Celsius.
5.       The compaction of the Asphaltic concrete by rolling method shall commence as soon as possible after laying.

13.   Within 24 Hours after completion of the Laying works, Coring test shall be perform at selected location as required by Resident Engineer to verify the thickness of the ACB 28 Layer and the compaction density. The required compaction density for ACB28 shall be in the range of 95% to 100% Marshall density.
